fusepointsolutions has teamed up with USPS to ship your orders in a timely manner. We ship worldwide using USPS First Class or Priority Mail and DHL.
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days from the receipt of payment verification. Orders placed Fri – Sun will begin processing the following Monday. We try our best to deliver your items promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery times. We can only provide you with an estimated timeframe.
All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS and DHL.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Milanchantel.com or the package is sent back to us for any unauthorized reason, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund or invoiced to you.
You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
For Canada orders we charge $13EUR and for all international orders rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your item(s).
International packages may require additional processing time.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7 EUR due prior to reshipment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex: Black Friday & All Holiday sales.
